Total lenght – 13,2“ / 335mm

Blade lenght – 8,3“ / 210mm with DLC coating

Grind – flat to V

Handle – stabilized platane tree

Is the DLC coating food grade?

I dont know about any grades of DLC :-O
But company where it is made is making DLC for factory knives as well so I don´t expect any issues.
