Here's a new one I just finished:
This is an AEB-L stainless steel blade chefs knife with a camel bone handle.
Overall length: 10 1/4 inches
Width of the blade at the widest spot: 1 3/4 inches
Blade thickness: Started at .100 of an inch before any removal. Is tapered towards the tip
Handle is very smooth and feels great in the hand
Razor sharp
Includes kydex sheath
NOTE: I bumped the blade with the grinder as I was finishing up the bevels (refer to pictures), so near the tip on one end there is a slight indention In the steel. This doesn't affect the cutting edge at all but is still visible.
This knife would be a great user in the kitchen and looks great!
