Up for sale today is a Chef's knife I just finished today! I think this knife came out exceptionally great and would be a GREAT user for years to come.
This one has:
AEB-L stainless steel heat treated and tempered to a recipe of 60-61 HRC (not tested by me)
Xgrip Phenolic handle with a very smooth shiny finish.
OAL of about 11 inches
Blade length of about 6 inches
Razor sharp edge
3 brass pins 1/8
Custom kydex sheath included
Partial Flat grind but sanded so there's not a noticeable difference as to where the grind ends.
