I was just gonna thank you for the giveaway Adam and decline an entry till I read the review thread. After reading the 6 pages of reviews and seeing what this knife did I'm in. I do a majority of the cooking in the house since the Mrs has developed mejor back issues in the last few years. I love a good kitchen knife and I always take care of and sharpen my own knives (wish I could say the same for my family but at least they don't touch my knives). I've never had a really good chef's knife mostly old carbon steel butcher knives and the few german knives I find at auction.
