Hello everyone,
Today I have one of my chef's knives for sale. I call this my 8" chef, but this one is just over 7 inches, so not quiet 8. It is made from AEB-L and heat treated to Rc 61 with cryo. It is ground thin and is a super nice slicer. It is hand sanded to a very easy to maintain 320 grit finish. The scales are thunderstorm kevlar with cocobolo, with natural canvas micarta pins. I made a simple leather "saya" to go along with it, and it's dyed to match the cocobolo. It is just over 12" total length.
Asking $300 shipped to your door.
You can check out some different pictures on my instagram @Reesecustomcutlery. I have some cutting videos on there as well.
