Here's a pretty good sized chef's knife. I clay-coated the blade for the heat-treat and it made a pretty crazy hamon. I ground it pretty thin, but there's still enough meat left behind the edge for some light food chopping.

The specs are:
Overall length: 13 1/8"
Blade cutting edge: 7 1/2"
Steel: 1/8" 1095 steel w/hamon
Handle: Desert Ironwood with 416SS pins
Shipping included in price to the US

Chef's knife with Desert Ironwood and Polar Bear Hamon... now you just need to make one with the face of a religious figure on it so you can sell it on the bay for $50,000.
 
Ha, you're right, it is, peeking up over the side of the ice, looking for a seal...

polar bear hamon on the left side of the blade. It's upside down in the image. ;)
