This chefs knife has a 8" long (about 21cm), full flat ground, hand polished and lightly etched 1095 steel blade and its octagon handle is made of a Beautiful piece of imbuia burl with a morado collar.
As it has been thé case with other knives I made recently, this one is very light and maneuverable and Will be a pleasure to use.
