Wow Stephen ! What a fine Chef's knife. Deserves to be the primary knife in the kitchen of someone who does a lot of food prep. I have a number of Custom kitchen knives and they are the easiest to justify buying: get used every day, and a top-notch knife enables the work to go faster while giving superior results (perfect clean cuts).
A lifetime of service in this one and then start over again with the next generation and your kids get to remember "Dad" every day.
