I tried to order 3 bk9's from this company and they didnt have them in stock and only replied to me once. So after a week and several message I still got no response. So I wrote the following and within 4 hrs. I had a refund. It still hasn cleared paypal but it has been sent. This is what I wrote so maybe the rest of yall that got ripped off can do the same.

I have still recieved no response on my refund. I paid almost immediately for the merchandise you no longer have and I expect my refund to be as prompt. If I do not recieve a full refund by the end of monday 11-01-06 I will leave bad feedback and contact ebay. I will then post negative feedback on every knife forum and evaluation site I can find. I will then contact my lawyer on this issue and I will then go to your states attorney general and report this incident. There are quite a few negative post on the knife forums about you concerning this same issue. I am in contact with these people and we will group together if we have to to settle these matters. I hate to do this but right is right and and wrong is wrong. All you have to do is refund my money and I will leave positive feedback and recommend your site as one of the better ones. Your listing was fradulant and missleading and I will take appropriate action unless the full price is refunded. I understand you are probably are a very busy person and it takes time to arrange these matters but I at least need a response. If you intend to send a refund then please forgive my rude abrupt way of handling this matter. I would like to do business with your company in the future and I would like to retain good staus with you. It just looks bad with the latest negative feedback you have recieved and all the bad post about you on the net. If you do refund my money soon I will personally go online and reply to the people that have posted these things and try to make you company look as honest, fair, and cooperative as possible. Thanks for your time and putting up with my frustration. I will be awaiting a response.
