Sorry if it has been answered in a different thread or if you / Will are declining to answer, but what are the “modifications” for California (as I saw mentioned on a previous thread)?

And just to make sure, we are talking about the “Dominator” and not a denominator correct? If not disregard this post because I don’t know what’s going on
