Not quite the same dimensions, but EMDOM's "Wide Load 3" pouch is 12x7x3":

From the work with military, and SAR the chest rig is for me. When it comes to woods bumming, Im not really sure, I would imagine I would like it just the same, having everything you need right there.

The only thing I would suggest, dont get one and over load it. That will be an annoyance. keeping your essentials, radio, GPS, fire, water, shelter and first aid. Plus what ever knives you feel like tacking on.
