I did a deal with Chet Latham for a blade and a couple of sheaths.
When his searches couldn't find one of the sheaths at his house, he quickly offered me a couple of options on how to resolve the situation. He then pursued getting the replacement sheath from the maker and emailed it immediately when it arrived at his house. He was courteous and professional all the way. Throughout this transaction, he showed that he will diligently stay on a project until it is satisfactorily concluded.
IMHO he's one of the good ones!!
