Not more than an hour after I replied to the last post on "Larry Chew - good or bad", Larry called me and apologized for making the nasty remark and told me the knife was finished and will be shipped tomorrow. He also threw in some additional work that I hadn't requested to clear up all tensions and to make up for the time delay. After he described it, it sounds like a work of art. He mentioned that he has been bombarded by email and after reading mine, he sent me a knee jerk reply that he now regrets. I too apologizied and it looks like everything is patched up.

I just have to say I feel bad about this entire can of worms I opened here on the forum and apologize to Larry for doing it. I should have waited a day to cool off before posting the previous stuff.

Thanks to those of intellect who replied and gave some opinions in, or not in my favor. Some good points were raised about not posting email...lots of food for thought.

To Gary W. Grayley...Very profound message on how the written word is so easily misconstrued. I've been reading allot of your posts lately and find you to be a real stabilizing force on the forum and in the knife world. Glad to have finally met you.

For members like D.B. Cooper, Clark Kent and Jackblades...Where does the hostility come from? Wow....

Finally - Thanks Larry and sorry for the misunderstanding.:footinmou

I'm glad it worked out for you now please go back to your original post and delete all of your entrie's,right ,wrong or indifferent.;)

The other thread has been put to bed, so to speak, since this appears to have been settled amicably. And since there is really nothing new left to be said, I'm going to lock this one as well on the advice of a respected friend and forumite.

No need for further trashing of the parties involved.
