Chicago Screws & grommets.

Hi guys,

I an working on a removable belt loop for a WSK sheath I made. The snaps aren't holding so I am going to use Chicagos crews and grommets instead.

The problem is that I need a source for both. I need slightly longer than normal posts on the grommets.

Anyone have a link?

where you have used the snaps, are they just unsnapping on you?
if so
you could try the snaps called (lift the dot)
they only unsnap one way, and they look like a reg snap. where as the reg snaps unsnap from any edge of it.

just a thought if you still want sanps but insurance of them staying put.

I did some calling..
be aware you'll have to buy a min of 500 pieces, 4 pieces per set. (2000 pc)
I priced
at 1000 (better pricing) 4 parts to a set $163.46 $154.52 $87.35 $33.72 = 1000 sets at $385.42 for 1000 sets = .38 1/2 cents each

Now I remember why I didn't from them..
I'm sure with some research you can find a dealer for them other than a dist like these guys. if you do let us know please

wow .80 cents each verses .39 ec
but it's better than having 495 of them you won't use

if we could get interest in these I wouldn't mind buying 1000 and splitting it up 4 or 5 ways..
for ~ $90.00 I'd just soon keep 250 sets in stock.
