I just have to say this is one of the best shows I've ever attended. Ed Wormser, his wife and friends did a very good job. I will be back next year!!!!!
There was an impressive list of makers at this show and the show was full Friday and Saturday. If you missed it this year, I hope you can make it next year.

I also want to thank everyone who stopped by my table to visit or to buy a knife :D I met quite a few BF guys there and even saw Danbo once or twice.

Thanks to everyone, Don Hanson lll sunfishforge.com

P.S. Coop worked his tail off !!! He started shooting knives Thursday late and he was still at it Sunday afternoon when we left. He took pics of 3 bowies for me, I can't wait to see.

You had some very nice knives there. I will try and remember that you make folders, but all your fixed blades were superb!

Good for you Don. I went to the Winston Salem show on Sat. It was small but still a joy to be at.

Gotta agree with Don Hanson III, Chicago was a great show for attendees and makers alike. Ed and Cathy Wormser were there making sure everything went well and it did. Ed's Mom sent some homemade pastry to all the vendors at the show and it was a really nice effort on her part...and super yummy too.

Friday and Saturday were the most highly attended days and folks were not "just looking". To those who stopped by, it was fun talking and I apreciate your interest. To those who purchased a knife from me, a Special Thank-You!
It was also a really good show for discussion, sharing of ideas, tips , and suggestions among the makers. I appreciate those conversations as well!

I won't miss this show next year and recommend it to anyone interested in a broad selection of fine handmade knives.
