Wayne, I'm going to admit I made a version of your party knife just for myself out of carbon steel (not best choice for the purpose). Everyone that sees it thinks it is cool. To be honest, I wish I would have just bought one of yours, and maybe I will one day! Yours would be a great gift for someone who might be hard to buy for but has even a small home bar, and yours much better for being stainless. You have these priced very competitively for the time it takes to make one, materials involved, I can attest. Kudos to you for keeping these affordable, and these shouldn't last long.
