I was watching some reviews about that knife on YouTube and I was convinced it was a good value for money knife. I ordered through DHgate and received the knife +/- 6 weeks later...
anyhow after opening the box and the first flipping I immediately detected up and down blade play...that is not all.
The lock bar insert is held back by only one screw as opposed to two screws that were posted on the site photos. Also the logo etched on the blade was not the same as in their photos, my knife came with free additional Chinese writing too.
I contacted the seller and he wanted me to send back the knife for a full refund. The problem is that in my country shipping is expensive and the safest way to send back that knife would have cost me USD 125.00.
Seller was willing to pay UPON RECEIPT OF KNIFE... consequently I was having to spend USD 210.00 and still no knife.
I have not sent back the knife but instead gave a very bad feedback.
My main concern is that a lot of these so called reviewers on YouTube are giving the wrong advice and some are there for a quick buck too.
upon opening the knife I also found that the stop pin was hollow and threaded but was not held in place by two screws but was held in the scales with two matching holes. The strength of that hollow stop pin is very questionable and it would have been a much stronger stop pin if it was held with screws. I am pretty sure that it was originally designed to accommodate screws but they found it cheaper to just bypass that extra step.
A word of advice stick to reputable makers, I have been tempted once too often to try out and most of the time I had bad surprises with original or clone Chinese stuff.
