It's vaguely Hinderer-ish, which is largely generic knife styled. This is just a pile on hate fest. Whenever people jump to calling something a clone that clearly isn't, it's the boy who cried wolf. Remember that there are literally thousands of knife designs out there, if it shares a few design elements it isn't a clone or copy.
