Chinese Dragon Hunter

An exquisite piece of work. It almost hurts to think about the skill and labor that was put into such a work of art.

Just when you thought you had "Seen-It-All", Ron Neutron comes along with something that is totally unbelievable.

I think I'll just give up making knives now, as I just been kicked back 150 years in experience and artistry.

Absolutely one of the best things I have seen.

totally out of control! In a totally in control kind of way :)

This is, hands down, my favorite (non firing :D ) Newton knife out of all I’ve ever seen! It will be worth coming to the show just to see this one in person I think. Fantastic work Ron! :)

Another round of thank you. Man you guys really know how to make someone feel good with all those compliments. Makes me want to make another wire handle soon. Serious thanks again guys.

Wow Ron... I really like this knife. It works well together as a package, but that wire handle really knocks it out of the park. I'd really like to see this baby in person... but when I zoom way in on Chuck's photos, I almost feel like I'm starting to understand what's going on with the wire. I just can't nail down how you hold it all together. Very cool.:thumbup:

Makes me want to make another wire handle soon.

Why fight the feeling? And I will be kind enough to volunteer to help you figure out where to send it after you are done. :D LOL!

I posted at CKCA, but I want to add here that this is one of my all-time favorite knives that I have ever seen. Words like stunning, incredible, and amazing do seem inadequate.

when I wrote, Ron, I did not realize that the piece was NFS. Oh well, can't win them all. Absolutely stunning knife. Any collector would be proud to own it. The whole package was sweet.

Let me climb on the roof of this praise train. The seats are all filled... ;)

What a superb package. It forces you to study the 'inlays', and the overall sweep of the curves is SO pleasing.

The box has it's own attention-grabbing demands.

As always, Chuck makes it jump off the screen. Well played.

Congrats!

Oh my God. Awesome!
It's now our Chinese Lunar new year and I think Mr. Wang and our every forumite will feel very happy to see this final version of this amazing work. Ron, I need your permission to post these pictures and citing of this thread to our Knifeedgeforums. Everybody will be crazy for it.:D

This piece is so fine on many levels.
No doubt lots of skill, time and effort went into the creation of this masterpiece.

Many humbling thanks to you guys. Professor Takulu, you most certainly have my permission to post these photos in Taiwan and China. I hope you are enjoying your Chinese New year!
