UKPK is very close. Caly3 is UKPK +lock+liners. Also blade steel S30V on UKPK and VG10 on Caly3, both are great. Caly3 is riveted, UKPK has screw construction, and choil a little deeper
UKPK is basically the same size and shape. Differences would be the lack of a lock, deeper 50/50 choil, S30V steel in place of ZDP-189, all screw construction, and textured G-10 instead of matte CF.

On the Spyderco website it says both the Urban and UKPK blades are 3mm. But I could swear that at my local knife shop, the Urban used a thinner blade, am I crazy?
Thanks for all the help from the forum members, I ended up buying a Urban. Its wharncliffe blade was the tipping point for me. It does great for opening my mail, like using a zipper. Not wild about the orange handles, but it should make finding it on my messy desktop easier.
