Chinese Tai Chi Sword

Hi...

AM a beginner to this forum. Would anyone be so kind as to enlighten me on Chinese Swords, specifically those used for martial arts, such as Tai Chi? There have been many versions and would love a knowledgeable discussion on this topic. Thanks.

Hi parang, i've seen a Tai Chi sword with the blade made from damascus steel; handle is in wood and has a brass pommel. Looks good in appearance to me. It is from C.A.S Iberia, made by Paul Chen........but don't know if he's still making it. Hope the info helps.
