Chinese Ti-lock !!!

woah looks really close in the pics above
machining seems also really well done, crap!

really damn scary

This is just getting weird now. Not in a million years would I have thought China would come out with a copy of the Ti-Lock.
I would really like to see the making of one of these knives and what goes on in the CRK factory down in China.
They can copy all the Sebenzas and Ti locks they want but they'll never be a CRK. Just the bootleg version.

found the webstite, thet also have hinderers, striders, fake inlayed sebenzas (!), fake customized, and a fake one piece large knife...with crk like box and papers....SCARY...

These look amazing similar to the real deal. The quality also looks very good. Scary times indeed :(

This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to china copying intellectual material. They copy everything from music to stealth fighter aircraft. They hack successful companies interal networks to steal intellectual material. BOYCOTT chinese made products. Keep in mind that there are many places in the world that they can sell these forgeries without violating laws. In this country it is illegal to sell a product that you put someone elses logo on. So, if you buy one of these and later go to sell it on the bay, then you are attempting to sell contraband and it is illegal.

^^ Yes as far as I know it is people in Russia that do the Bulk of the buying, but most of the better fakes that you see with a logo don't actually come with them but they are added by some chinese retailers. In fact all if not most of the knives that people buy(guns.ru forums) have no logo.

I like chinese products because they're easier on the wallet, but that's when they decide to make their own high quality designs. I have several Spydies made in China, but they're not faking anything. I don't understand who even buys these. Non knife people are never spending that much on a knife, and knife people would never spend that much on a fake, if they even bother buying fakes.

China runs wild with all this fake/ copy stuff. It's really disheartening. I can't imagine how Chris feels. He must want to strangle these bastards. What type of person do you have to be in getting off on copying other people's designs, and trying to sell them?

It's really got to be crappy when someone buys one, thinks it is real, and sends it in for spa/warranty work. Then CRK (or any other company that has been copied) has to break it to the person that they bought a Chinese piece of crap.

there's one on the bay right now... not labeled a reeve but its definitely a fake ti-lock

There are knock-offs in almost every industry.
It is unavoidable in the Global Village that we live in today.
Our systems rely on competition in the marketplace anyway.

The thing will be when the fakes start to get better than the original.
Use better steel or include design elements that the real thing decided to drop to save on costs etc.
I bet this isn't far off.

One week before I had the chance to see this fake knife. To tell the truth, it's 100% different in quality with the real CRK , especially when you have ever touched it.
