Chinese ZDP189 - washer question

Today I got a Spyderco C65BKP. It's a nice and sharp little knife. I noticed there is only one washer (looks like bronze), on the lock side. Is this normal? If it isn't, where can I find replacemnt washers that fit? Thank you in advance.

my zdp lum has 2 bronze washers on each side of blade, so total 4 of them.
i would try contact spyderco but i'm not too sure.
i used to have same problem with cold steel knife and they told me "try local machine shop..."
