Hey everyone, new to the forum but not spydercos. I have an older
delica with ful serated blade, but have a few of the larger teeth chiped
off. Whats the best thing to do? Its an ats55 blade made in japan.
Also just bought a native and love it but it seems pretty stiff. I've been
working it and gave it a little oil but still think its a little sticky.
One last question, I've seen a couple where people have releived the
handle a little to have better access to the thumb hole, whats the best way
to do that and still have it look nice? Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks Wyatt

Send your knife back to Spyderco for resharpening. They (unlike most other manufacturers) will resharpen their serrations. I sent in a beat up D3/SE that I bought from a guy who had found it on the floor and they brought that edge back to life.

As for handle relief, I've heard the guys here talk about wrapping fine grit sandpaper around a rod and using that to remove small amounts of the FRN until they get the access they are looking for.

Thanks for the responses and links. I'll give spyderco a call and see what
they say.

thanks again Wyatt
