Chipped Blade, Repaint?

My friend recently gave me a folding knife, 4" long. I chipped the top of it a bit by opening a bottle of coke. It's really bugging me, because it's a nice knife. Anyway to like repaint it or something?
 
Did you chip the edge or just the paint?
