I don't know, you can make them look cool because the grind lines are defined sharper.
And you can cut on production costs, for you have only one side to grind.
Shame is that allmost every chissel grind folder has the grind on the wrong side for utility work, but they look better on pictures that way.
It has a primary bevel on both sides, but the edge bevel is only on one side. The SE sharpens the same way a chisel grind is sharpened. I've been doing both for years.
One valid complaint is to get the grind on the "correct side" for both the left and right handers.
But it's a sure thing for me to buy one, should a Spyder-cheezel ever materialize someday.
) and LH (EKI SOCFK for one) chisel grinds and while i have no idea why makers make them RH or LH i have found that it doesnt really matter much except for fine work, either one is fine for SD or utility imho.
