Hello Gentlemen...looking for recommendations or help with a tool: chisel/knife, like a sharper and more refined E.O.D. Breacher ...! Same request also posted in wanted forum... Or in this case, a potential custom made... with a $300.00 limit if possible. I looked at the following knives / tools as a direction I am headed in.
- Woodsman's Pal Pro Tool Chisel Knife
- becker bk3 tac tool
- Mora,chisel knives
- Bahco wrecking knife.
- and few others...
So far the closest has been the TURLEY KNIVES - # 10 Haw Creek, which is pretty awesome with one minor detail...I am not willing or able to fork out $500.00 USD or in CAD $100'000.00... LOL
Any other products that have been made, used and tested..?
I want it to sit on the out side of my jacket/ pack & be the grab & hack/chop and split tool. Not worried about the looks to much, just not anything over 12" long. I was thinking it will be used for snipping rope/twine, shaving bark, blaze marks, quick kindling maker, hacking branches, digging roots, poking bee's nests and bears...! the usual daily bush walk stuff... way up in the great white north...! Thank You for any help Guys...& ladies if there are any reading this. THANK YOU again... DFK
