Choil (its like banging your head on the wall so that it feels good when you stop)

No lock is perfect, the choil makes a good safety feature.

On folders I like to have a full 4" of cutting edge and a choil.

Or 4" and a flipper.

I don't know if you'd call it a choil or not, I do, but I really like the one of the RAM.

Got to agree with ya. I'm not too fond of choils in general but I like the one on the RAM.

Depends on the knife. I like them on some knives and I'm neutral on all the others. I can't honestly say I dislike choils so neutral is the best I can offer.
