choil love!

Whats up guys? Im a first time ESEE owner and I have to say Hell Yeah!;-)
ESEE-3
Never owned a knife like this and never one with a choil; but I find myself always gripping the knife that way...is that weird? ;-) What's your thoughts?

No fair... I don't have my 3 yet haha congrats. I'v handled the 3 and found it most comfortable gripping it using the choil so I don't think its weird. I really like the 3 very nice knife

Personally I like the choil. I find it handy during fine work and often I have been happy to find rounded steel near the handle instead of a razor sharp edge...

I don't mind choils, but I am not a big fan of them either. They are there or they aren't.
