Choil on the BK16

I was pondering sorta the same last night about the 15. Not really shortening it but making a bit of a drop point or spear point, not sure what to call it, but yeah...something like that would look really cool. I have an extra to fart around with so it may be seen in the future unless someone beats me to it.
I don't have the skill to grind the blade and all that to shorten it but I feel I can remove a bit off the top and down in front without having the regrind any of the blade portion.

I may have to try tracing out a 15 and seeing what it might look like, though I have such bad art skills that even tracing it might not be accurate.

Hah, I just lay my finger over the tip and squint

I trace and draw (tho I think I have decent art skills) and eyeball, too....then I draw the pattern on the blade, realize my tracing or drawing was a little bit off, and just grind away until I like it. It's a little scary when I start out, but then.....what the hell, right? Once you start removing steel, you're past the point of no return. Then it's mostly fun. Though not so good for reproducible results....
