Choosing colour for spartan v14

Black on black would likely be more traditional i guess. But I'm not a very traditional person...I prefer the FDE blades and the green micarta handles on the ones that have micarta, but I think on the V14 I like the look of the black G10 better than the green for the handle on the FDE blade. On the TT I picked up i like the FDE with the camo micarta. so all of mine are different. The Difensa I had was black on black, and I didn't hate that, it was just bigger knife than I wanted. These days I edc the TT and love it.

That’s a beautiful blade. How does the zrn coating hold up? Any rust? Harsey and spartan collaboration blades are some of the best.

It holds up fantastically. It's harder than the steel. If you haven't read it, here is mistwalker's thread on several Spartans. Great read!

Cheers mate I have a dark earth shrike and it’s one of my favourites but I think I need to start saving for a tac trout I like the profile and Harsey handles are so comfortable. I’ve had blood and saltwater on my Shrike and it has not shown signs of rust even when I forgot to wipe it.

My phrike is black and green. Looks good and has held up well. I might just start saving up for a TT too. Looks like a great blade.
