Chopaholic. BK9 and CS Trailhawk

Nice geer indeed. The 9 is my favorite. The hawk looks like fun. What was the pooch sniffin out? And really like his collar, did you make it?

Thanks. My boy sniffs out anything with 2 or 4 legs. His favorites are pheasant, grouse, and squirrels though I don't want him chasing things on the ground since he is a bird dog. Thanks and yes, I did make the collar. It is paracord and some supplies from home depot and hobby lobby. There were no instructions on how to specifically make the dog collar so I had to play around a bit but it ended up pretty cool.
 
Nice Hawk. I have been thinking about one for myself. How did the head fit on the haft out of the box? It seems to be hit or miss sometimes. Thanks for showing us the chop off!
 
Well after seeing this post I just lost some money.... But the good news is that I'm getting a trail hawk showing up soon

Thanks. I think it fit quite well. I will most likely remove the set screw and add a shim or two rather than keeping it loose. I normally want it really snug and not rattling around while throwing.

It really is worth the 30 bucks. I also picked up the sheath for about 5. Well worth it. It is a great tool to keep in the truck as well!
