I hand forged this "cable chopper" from a billet of cable I made. All the work was done by myself, with the exception of the sheath, which was made by "Zimmerman's Leather" .

this knife is a full tang and is almost 3/16'' thick (tapering toward tip) and just over 12'' o.a., with a blade of about 7 3/8'' from tip to choil. It is a full flat grind from spine to edge, and about 1 3/8'' at the widest point. It was edge hardened and etched with FE CL.

Handle is curly red wood (stabilized), it's got a nice luster to the finish and is held in place with two hand peened 1/8'' nickle silver pins.

Price $220 includes shipping and sheath.
