Hey all,
I made this one out of a harrow disc that a friend gave me. He says the steel is 1075.
It has kind of a rough, user grade finish. The handle is turquoise micarta. Blade is 9" long, total length is 14.5". Thickness at ricasso is about 3/16". Tang is tapered.
Someone mentioned in a private message that he thought the edges of the thong hole are sharp. They are in the picture, but I always chamfer the edges; I just hadn't yet when I took these pics. Just wanted to mention that in case that was scaring anyone off.
Asking $250 for it. Plus $15 shipping. I can take check, paypal, or money order.
