Chopping With A Butter Knife

Well, my dad's side of the family...;)

Thank you Cliff. I've never worked with a Kuhkri or any blade with a downward slope for that matter, so it will open up a class of techniques for myself I'd imagine.
 
I find it interesting to see how unlikely use of supposedly innapropriate cutlery ends up. There is usually, some insight gained. Sometimes it can be a revelation.

So anytime one of us knife knuts is posessed with a notion to do some improbable test, I say, more power to him or her!

Just a word about testing to destruction in general: I feel it is a very informative practice. Organizations like the military and others do it all the time because nothing else is as useful at revealing what a piece of equpment can endure.
