I bought one of Chris Hatin's TEC Fighter knives back in the early part of July. For the record, I am no knife expert, and this was my first custom purchase, but I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for where quality was concerned. Mr. Hatin was patient and answered all the questions I had (and I had quite a few). When I recieved the blade from Chris, I was blown away. It was MUCH more than I expected. It had a nice heavy feel, and good balance. After carrying the blade with an IWB clip for about a month, I can say that it's very comfortable. All the edges on the exposed pommel and handle are rounded, so there is no excessive poking and prodding ( at least no more than you should expect with a steel bar strapped tight against your waist ).
