Chris Reeve 7.5” Kathathu. The Kathathu is a super rare one piece knife that CRK did a limited production run of in 2000-2001. They only made 100 of the 7.5” and these 7.5” was ground by Chris Reeve himself. Chris did the 7.5” and 4” while Scott Cook did the 9” and 5.5” respectively. This one is not mint, but close. A few minor scuffs near the guard from being inserted into the sheath and light handling. Blade is pristine with factory edge. Also a couple faint marks on end cap. No dents, just blemish in the right light. I had to rotate the knife in the light just to get the scuffs to show. This also comes with no box or paperwork just as I received it without. Of course it could be sent to CRK for box and re-Issues BD Cars if so desired. I personally never cared about that, but many do. The sheath has some of the usual dents and scuffs from storage over the years. This one has the quick release nub that holds the knife securely in sheath during carry. All lanyards are intact as well. Never thought I would list some of the rare ones, but things change as life moves along and bills add up. If it doesn’t sell, I will not be heart broken.
