Chris reeve backpacker magnacut knife

So I am in the market to buy a chris reeve backpacker knife magnacut and I found a decent deal on ebay for it. This knife is not in stock anywhere else or on any of the verified sellers listed on the chris reeve website. The seller on ebay name is Domoknives and I'm wondering if anyone else has had experience with this seller and if I can have confidence in purchasing this knife from him on ebay. I really want this knife for this upcoming hunting season and am nervous about getting a knock off. His rating is 100% and he is a top seller on ebay. I thought about going towards montana knife company but am leaning more towards the chris reeve backpacker knife and Domoknives has a brand new one listed as new with all the paperwork and authentic certificate with it.

Im curious because I've seen nothing but good reviews from him and on bladeforums they mention someone buying from him and happy with it. Im just really nervous because this is my dream knife and I can't find it anywhere else.

Honestly, just pull the trigger. You don’t know. When is the next time you’re gonna see one. his account has been up since 2014 and he has over 4.1k items sold, if he was a scammer or was selling fake people would’ve caught onto him and blade forms would’ve made it very clear plus all the paperwork checks out I have other chris reeve knives so it looks good

Yeah i probably will get it, just hope he doesn't sell counterfeits because i want to have this as my new hunting knife.

And i really like the backpacker for its hunting/backpacking capabilities. I have a few benchmade but wanted something more durable and life lasting. Chris reeve knives are known for their quality and it is a premium knife. I just hope im getting a real one from this ebay seller.

OK, you know it’s weird. I bought backpacker. It said it was last item available, but I just looked at the eBay listings again and another one from Domo Knives is up for sale, so that has me confused.

Yeah i noticed that myself. I wonder if its because the knife originally only goes for 300 directly from crk and Domoknives marks it up to a 500 dollar price tag listed as 1 left to attract customers to pay the overpriced amount.
