Up for sale is the rarest of the rare. A 1999 Chris Reeve Knives Canadian Gold Coin Large Regular Sebenza. It features some of the most amazing High Carbon Raindrop Damascus that CRK has ever produced, plus a solid gold coin from the 1999 Canadian Maple Leaf Series. This coin is not only solid gold but is in fact the 20th Anniversary of the coin, which can be seen by the stamp on the lower part of the coin itself that says "20th Anniversary".
Made in 1999 and as new as if it was made today. Perfect centering, impeccable lockup, zero lock bar stick, and a dark blue thumb stud as it has been rarely handled. This piece will surely not disappoint. Just the Raindrop Damascus itself is a real treat as it features a (5) "stack" of vertical raindrops which is seldom ever seen.
These solid gold pieces were sold out before they were ever offered to the public, all sold to dealers, and locating one is nearly impossible. This piece has some of the highest quality High Carbon Raindrop Damascus ever seen on a CRK, and the solid gold coin only adds to its beauty. In the ten years that I have been collecting CRKs not another one has surfaced, nor has been sold, just a reminder how rare they truly are.
Also, if one was to disassemble the knife, you would see the mint reverse of the solid gold Canadian coin on the reverse.
Your piece will be shipped via USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation, and International is OK as long as you pay all shipping costs and once it is out of my possession it is no longer my responsibility (due to the recent virus out break).
