A++
I bought a Sebenza brand new from an authorized dealer back in January, and immediately noticed how non-CRK-smooth it felt when opening and closing. A day or so later I realized that the detent ball wasn't going into the hole when it was closed, so I sent it in to have it looked at. I figured it would be around a month that I'd be without my brand new knife, and I was right. For some reason I was expecting them to ask me to pay the return shipping, which kind of irritated me. I pay over $500 for a micarta inlaid Sebenza, and then have to pay shipping both ways to get it fixed?!? But last week I got a call that it was ready and they didn't ask for my payment info. Sweet! So I waited a few days and the knife arrived in perfect condition. Detent issue fixed, very very smooth. And... they sent me a check to cover my cost of shipping it to them! Didn't expect that.
I almost want to frame the check 'cause it has the CRK logo in the upper left :D
