Most of you have heard it a million times how great Chris Reeve's knives are as well as their customer service so making this post is probably redundant but gosh darn it, I'm just so happy I had to say it myself!
I bought a used large Calvary design Sebenza on these forums back in July for the bargan price of $255. I was thrilled to own it and was very satisfied until I saw a pic of a pristine knife with the same design. I couldn't get over how bright the colors were compared to my beater. Just before Christmas I emailed CRK to find out how much a refurb job would cost and the approximate time it would take to which the reply was $30 and about 3 weeks. Thinking this was very reasonable I shipped my knife off to them about 3 weeks ago and received my knife back yesterday looking and operating like it was absolutely brand new.
Anyway I'm here to tell you that all the rumors about CRK's quality and service are true. Thanks to everyone at CRK that had a part in making my Sebbie a "born again" knife
