It is like new in box with the loctite NOT included (all other items are included and can be seen in the photos).
I have never carried this knife, but I am also the second owner. So, I can not speak for the original owner. However, there are no markings to indicate carry other than the wicked edge that I put on the blade. I had every intention to carry this knife so I decided to sharpen it. However, it just does not fit my hand as well as I would like.
