Comes with original 28 yr sheath, box and papers. 1 of 200 or 250 (cant recall). Blade has a few hardly noticable marks from the crappy kydex I made it(one of my first ever attempts 
) , The 28 yr butt cap has a hardly noticable faint scratch. That prompted me to get a standard one for it (also included). Never used or resharpened.
