I bought this Mnandi when the Spalted Maple first came out. I searched high and low for the best one. I called many places asking to see the back of quite a few. Anyway, this is the one I selected. The knife has been carried to church, weddings, and funerals, and that's about it. The blade has never been sharpened, is still sharp, and has no scratches or other marks on the blade. This is by far, my absolute best looking knife, imo. I'm just in a purging mode now.
