Chris Reeve One Piece Tanto I with an 8 3/4 inch Blade
Early -Made in USA- production. I bought this extremely rare knife new in the mid 90s in the USA and imported it. Unfortunately there was never a “card” with it but the knife was probably made in the mid 90s soon after Reeve moved to the USA in 1989. It is not numbered, just stamped with his logo and made in USA. Round pommel made of aluminum, otherwise all made of one piece of A2 tool steel. Anthracite Gun Kote coating.
The knife has never been used or sharpened. The leather sheath has a couple light pressure marks from storage. Chris Reeve knives may be able to tell you more about this knife upon request. Reeve told me personally years ago that he thought he had made less than 20 of these. A Holy Grail for Reeve collectors.
