Had for about a month and carried a few times. Has a few small love Ti marks on the clip. Double lug model. DOB is 6/5/13 and comes complete with box, cloth, warranty card, flourinated grease, pivot tool, and titanium spacer bead (which is lanyard which I cut). This is an old style box as well.
