Catch and release: I also have a snakewood Mnandi. Just recently had the inlays replaced and the spa treatment performed. Comes with box, birth card, towel, tools and sheath.

Very interested, this would be my first crk. Can anyone tell me why he lets the blade stick out the top of the handle while closed?

Hmm, are you refering to one of my pictures? Or the knife in general. I personally love the profile. Looks classy and sleek.
 
i believe it is just simply design as it serves no real purpose. That and to keep a thin profile scale and blade in a great package.
 
How is the lockup? Can you post another picture or two of the blade with any pictures of scratches it may have on it.
