How do I measure the % lockup?
The knife has been operated maybe 30 times and has been resting in the open position.
I have 100% on ebay with 170 transactions; and am in great standing on a few other boards I frequent.

How do I measure the % lockup?

Just take a close up pic of the lockbar/blade interface in the open (locked) position. That'll tell everyone all they need to know.
