Christmas beef jerky giveaway!!!

Black Pepper. I LOVE good jerky but it's hard to get good jerky these days because all that's out there is the over tenderized, salt water injected fake jerky stuff they sell at walmart =/

Not sure if you will be able to ship to Canada, and I understand you would like to keep it in the USA, so I am not entering, but Black Pepper Beef Jerky kicks butt:thumbup:

So how much beef does it take to make 1/2 lbs of jerky? I know eating that much in one sitting makes you feel ill, personal experience as a kid:o
 
Usually between 40-60% weight loss due to drying/curing. A 2.5 lb. batch of sliced top round turns into 1 lb. of batch of Jerky.

That's the problem with it being moved to here. A lot of members can't post here and not as many people see it, oh well, better odds for those who do see it.
 
We've got winners! Neither of them submitted what kind they want. I'm gonna split the bags and send half bags of both kinds out. I used the RNG at random.org and the first two winners were MMarlyn and everybody's favorite hammer maker, Sam Salvati.

I swear that the numbers were truly random and I didn't just pick Sam's name because I want a hammer!
