My first two and only two kitchen knives I have built. Built these early last year with the intent of keeping them.Times change so someone is going to get a real deal. Never used in mint condition and both sharp as a razor.
Knife #1 All Around Kitchen Slicer
Knife OAL; 12 3/4 inches
Blade; ATS 34 steel 1/8th inch thick hollow ground on 2" wheel with distal taper. Hand sanded to 600 grit with satin finish. Polished spine with file work.
Handle; Killer Amboyna Burl with Mosaic pins and black acrylic spacers.
Knife #2 Santoku
Knife OAL; 15 1/4 inches
Blade; ATS 34 steel flat ground with distal taper. 1/8th inch thick with polished spine. Hand sanded to 600 grit with satin finish.
Handle; Brown canvas Micarta with brass Corby Bolts.
